Preliminary Sponsorship Commitments

We have received a number of preliminary commitments for sponsorships from a few local businesses.  it's really nice to have these companies step up so early.  Their interest and willingness is an encouragement for us as we begin efforts to help fund the 2012-2013 McGregor Bands and Golden Flames plans and goals.

We encourage you to shop and support these local businesses in appreciation of their support.

Meeting Notes July 23, 2012

Monday night July 23 was our 2nd Booster Club meeting in preparation for the 2012-2013 school year.  We had a good turnout of around a dozen willing and eager parents, a few students, along with our new High School Principal, Robert White, on hand to assist Tim Grace and Darlene Arp with plans.

At this stage our club is still not well organized.  But the level of interest and participation Monday was an indication that we can do good things for the McGregor Band and Dance Team students. Many have stepped up to take on jobs to help Tim and Darlene achieve their immediate and short term needs.  As the school year gets rolling, we expect more participation from other parents and citizens.  And with increased participation and help from willing and able members we will do great things in the future.

It is time to roll up our sleeves and lend a helping hand.  2012-2013 is on course to be a productive and fun year for all involved.
