About

The McGregor Bands Booster Club is an organization of citizens from the community of McGregor Texas  who provide resources to assist the school administrators and staff in the band program.  We support and promote all of the McGregor Bulldog Bands, which include the High School Marching Band, the High School Golden Flames Dance Team, the High School Concert Band, the HG Isbill Jr. High School (6th through 8th grade) Bands, and individual students who participate in solo and ensemble competitions.

Our Mission Statement: "Community involvement in teaching and preparing young people for the marching fields and performance stages of life.

Philosophy: We believe that the band experience provides an excellent opportunity for a child to learn life skills and grow to become productive young adults.  We believe that McGregor independent school district is blessed to have some of the finest educators in Texas and in America.  As good as they are, the band director and staff need support from the community. The booster club members help by sharing their time, their ideas, their efforts, and most of all their involvement with kids.
